The Arizona Corporation Commission has announced that its new online business filing portal, Arizona Business Connect, is scheduled to launch on January 12, 2026. The new system will replace the current eCorp portal, which will be deactivated at 5 p.m. on January 2, 2026.

During the transition period between January 2 and January 12, online filings will not be available. Businesses are advised to plan accordingly or use future effective date filings if applicable. This option allows users to specify an effective date up to 90 days after submitting their documents. For example, a document filed online on December 24, 2025, with an effective date of January 5, 2026, will be processed but will only take effect after the launch of Arizona Business Connect.

After eCorp is turned off and before Arizona Business Connect goes live, the Commission will accept only paper filings during this ten-day window. Filings can be submitted in person at offices in downtown Phoenix or Tucson, or sent by mail or fax. There will be no online filing options during this period.

For more information or assistance regarding the transition and filing procedures, individuals can contact the Commission at (602) 542-3026 or via email at answers@azcc.gov.
