Arizona residents are being encouraged to provide public comment at a Special Open Meeting of the Arizona Corporation Commission, which will take place on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The meeting’s agenda focuses on one item: the Recommended Opinion and Order regarding the application by UNS Gas, Inc. for establishing just and reasonable rates and charges that would allow a reasonable rate of return on its properties throughout Arizona.

Public input is considered valuable by the Commission. Those wishing to speak during the hearing must submit a “Request to Speak” before the meeting begins at noon. Registered members of the public can participate in-person, by phone, or via video conferencing.

There are two ways to submit a request: select “Request to Speak at Open Meetings,” choose the date of February 19, 2026, pick the relevant agenda item, complete the form, and click submit. The Chair will review submitted requests and call speakers during the meeting. Each individual will have three minutes for comments; if multiple people share similar views, they may be asked to designate a representative who will have five minutes to speak.

The Chairman retains full discretion over calling speakers and managing public comment during the session.
