Arizona residents are being reminded that the Arizona Corporation Commission will hold its next Open Meeting on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The Commission is inviting public participation and encourages those interested in providing comments to submit a “Request to Speak” before the meeting begins.

Public comment is often considered helpful for the Commission’s work. Those wishing to speak must register in advance of the meeting’s start time. Registered individuals can participate in person, by phone, or through video conferencing.

To submit a request, members of the public need to access the section labeled “Request to Speak at Open Meetings,” select the relevant date and agenda item, complete the form, and click submit. The Chair will review all submitted requests and call on speakers during the meeting.

Each individual speaker will be given three minutes for their comments. According to meeting procedures: “The Chairman has sole discretion in calling on persons to speak and may ask persons with similar comments to designate a representative to speak on their behalf. If so, the representative of the group will be provided five minutes for public comment.”

This process aims to ensure orderly participation and efficient management of public input during Commission meetings.
