The Arizona Corporation Commission is preparing to launch a new online business filing portal, Arizona Business Connect, at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026. The new platform will replace the current eCorp system and is designed to provide improved customer experience and enhanced security features.

According to the Commission, Arizona Business Connect will offer several modern functionalities aimed at streamlining business filings for users. The move comes as part of an effort to update the Commission’s technology infrastructure.

In preparation for the transition, the Commission has announced that only paper filings are being accepted until the new system goes live. These must be submitted in person at offices in downtown Phoenix or Tucson, or sent by mail or fax. There will be no option to file or search businesses online until January 12.

For those needing assistance during this period, the Commission advises contacting their office by phone at (602) 542-3026 or by email at answers@azcc.gov.
