The Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division (ADOT MVD) has launched a virtual office, TeleMVD, at the Fredonia Commercial Port of Entry. This new service aims to help residents in the area and those impacted by the Dragon Bravo Fire conduct their motor vehicle business without traveling to an MVD office.
TeleMVD enables customers to connect with MVD employees located elsewhere. Through this remote connection, individuals can complete a range of services such as replacing credentials and renewing registrations.
“ADOT MVD is very pleased to be able to bring this service to the Fredonia community,” said Motor Vehicle Division Director Eric Jorgensen. “We also know that MVD services are vital to the recovery process for people affected by the Dragon Bravo Fire and hope to be as much assistance as we can for those impacted.”
The customer station is equipped with computer equipment, a printer/scanner, and a payment device, allowing most transactions to be completed on site.
In addition to using TeleMVD, customers have the option of handling many transactions online through azmvdnow.gov, which is the official service website for ADOT’s Motor Vehicle Division. More information about full-service locations is available at AZDOT.gov/MVD.
