May Mgbolu, Chief of Staff at the Arizona Lottery, has been named to the Emerging Leaders of Gaming 40 Under 40 list by Global Gaming Business Magazine. This annual distinction highlights professionals under the age of 40 who are making notable contributions to the gaming industry in areas such as technology, operations, marketing, compliance, and regulation.

Mgbolu serves not only as Chief of Staff but also as Special Advisor to the Governor on gaming matters. In these roles, she oversees strategic leadership and operational management for Arizona’s gaming sector. She is recognized for her ability to manage complex regulatory challenges while advancing initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and revenue for the benefit of Arizona residents.
