Arizona’s minimum wage will rise to $15.15 per hour starting January 1, 2026, according to an announcement from the Industrial Commission of Arizona. The $0.45 increase is tied to inflation rates measured by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics between August 2024 and August 2025.

Employers are required to display updated minimum wage posters in areas accessible to employees. These posters are available on the Industrial Commission’s Labor page and include details about exemptions, tips, retaliation protections, and other related information.

The state provides both English and Spanish versions of the minimum wage poster for compliance purposes. Questions about the new minimum wage can be directed to the Labor Division at (602) 542-4661 or through their online FAQ page.
