Arizona State University recently issued the following announcement.

Hosted by Jillian McManus under the Employee Wellness umbrella. The EAO staff, with help from mental health providers in our community, will take just 10-15 minutes to review a resiliency skill and provide a personalized practice exercise to ensure you, your teams and family members are well equipped to navigate a new way of living. Our goal is to provide tools and resources that can be implemented by anyone to bolster our resiliency. Skill sessions will be followed by an open Q&A or group discussion. Drop-in or drop off as desired. These skills are applicable to help cope with COVID related stressors as well as good practice for responding to typical life events to ensure your health and well being as well as those of your team, families and those you care about most.
