The average VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) amount in Arizona during the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 was $416,291, according to the Veterans Affairs Home Loans Index.
The average VA IRRRL amount in Arizona for the second quarter of 2025 was $419,788, reflecting a decrease of approximately 0.8% from the previous quarter.
The VA assists service members, veterans and eligible surviving spouses to achieve homeownership through loans provided by banks and mortgage companies.
A portion of the loan is guaranteed by the VA, which allows the lender to provide better rates.
