The average VA Purchase Loan amount for Arizona in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024 was $406,666, according to figures provided by the Veterans Affairs Home Loans Index
By comparison, Arizona’s average VA Purchase Loan amount for the fourth quarter was $418,484.
