GateWay Community College has been recognized as a Top Community College for the 2025-2026 academic year by Education Insider, a publication that covers various educational topics. This annual recognition is awarded to colleges known for their career-focused and rigorous programs.

“Top Community Colleges have been selected for their unwavering commitment to educational excellence, career readiness, and empowering students to drive meaningful change across industries and communities,” said the magazine.

Located in Phoenix, GateWay Community College awarded nearly 2,400 degrees and certificates last year. The institution supported its students with over $1.3 million in scholarships. GateWay’s contribution to Maricopa County is significant, with alumni adding $491.5 million in income to the local economy during FY 2023-24.
