True North Integrative Osteopathic Institute announced on Apr. 15 a new schedule of weekly classes that combine Western medicine with complementary and alternative therapies.

The institute offers a range of sessions designed to support the body, mind, and spirit. These classes aim to provide participants with access to various wellness practices in a group setting throughout the week.

On Mondays, offerings include an IV Infusion Clinic from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and Pranayama Breath Work led by Cami Birdno at 11:00 am for $25. The first Monday of each month features a Somatic and Vagal Shift Workshop with Birdno at 6:00 pm for $45. Group Hypnosis focused on motivation is held by Liz Carlin at 6:30 pm on the fourth Monday each month for $20, while Introduction To Huna takes place on the second Monday at the same time and cost.

Tuesdays feature a Lunch Hike at Buffalo Park led by Dr. Bridget Stiegler from noon until 1:00 pm, followed by Tai Chi with Shawn Bowker RN at 5:00 pm for $20. Wednesdays offer Somatic and Polyvagal Healing Yoga for trauma recovery from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with Birdno; drop-in costs are $45 or $225 for a six-class course.

Additional activities include another Lunch Hike on Thursdays, Friday afternoon IV Infusion Clinics, Guided Meditation sessions on Saturdays with Stephanie Edmonds RN ($20), Community Acupuncture every other Saturday morning with Stephanie Selman, and Crystal Sound Bath sessions every second Sunday of the month led by Deb Lash ($25).
