The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has canceled planned daytime closures on US 60 between Superior and Miami that were set for September 30 to October 2. The closures, which would have affected mileposts 227 to 243, were intended for a bridge replacement project. ADOT cited recent flooding in the Globe-Miami area as the reason for canceling these scheduled shutdowns.

Drivers traveling through this stretch of US 60 are advised to anticipate possible delays due to ongoing cleanup operations following the floods.

ADOT encourages motorists seeking more information or wishing to receive updates by email to visit azdot.gov/US60QueenCreekBridgeProject.
