Fountain Hills home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Fountain Hills rose by $56,500 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $371,500 - a 17.9% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Fountain Hills in May 2017.
