Scottsdale home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Scottsdale rose by $57,500 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 730 homes sold, with a median sale price of $447,500 - a 14.7% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 667 homes sold in Scottsdale in April 2017.
