Paradise Valley home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Paradise Valley rose by $968,750 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,318,750 - a 71.8% increase over the $1,350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Paradise Valley in April 2017.
