Scottsdale home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Scottsdale rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 717 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 742 homes sold in Scottsdale in March 2017.
