Phoenix home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Phoenix rose by $18,400 while total sales increased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 2,381 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,900 - a 8.9% increase over the $206,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,170 homes sold in Phoenix in February 2017.
