Paradise Valley home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Paradise Valley rose by $590,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,790,000 - a 49.2% increase over the $1,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Paradise Valley in December 2016.
