Goodyear home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Goodyear rose by $20,617 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 167 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $234,383 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 187 homes sold in Goodyear in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Goodyear for 2017 was $2,014. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,967. This marks an increase of 2.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
