Gilbert home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Gilbert rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 383 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $269,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 407 homes sold in Gilbert in November 2016.
