Queen Creek home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Queen Creek rose by $32,850 while total sales increased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,950 - a 11.1% increase over the $297,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Queen Creek in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Queen Creek for 2017 was $2,324. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,214. This marks an increase of 5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
