Peoria (unincorporated) home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Peoria (unincorporated) fell by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 17.6% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Peoria (unincorporated) in November 2016.
