Cave Creek home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Cave Creek rose by $250,250 while total sales increased by 600%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $654,250 - a 61.9% increase over the $404,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cave Creek in November 2016.
