Phoenix home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Phoenix rose by $18,690 while total sales increased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 7,484 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $203,310 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 7,133 homes sold in Phoenix in the first quarter of 2017.
