Fountain Hills home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Fountain Hills fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 258 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 2.1% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 220 homes sold in Fountain Hills in the first quarter of 2017.
