Guadalupe home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Guadalupe rose by $64,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 138.7% increase over the $46,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Guadalupe in the fourth quarter of 2016.
