Sun City (unincorporated) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Sun City (unincorporated) rose by $21,050 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 1,289 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $143,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,250 homes sold in Sun City (unincorporated) in the second half of 2016.
