Tonopah (unincorporated) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Tonopah (unincorporated) rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 51.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 25% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Tonopah (unincorporated) in the second half of 2016.
