Wickenburg home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Wickenburg rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 19.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Wickenburg in the second half of 2016.
