Buckeye home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Buckeye rose by $11,900 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 2,275 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,900 - a 6.4% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,934 homes sold in Buckeye in 2016.
