Surprise home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Surprise rose by $10,320 while total sales increased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 4,106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,320 - a 4.8% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 3,988 homes sold in Surprise in 2016.
