Republicans in Arizona filed a 53-page lawsuit which brought to light election irregularities, most of which were blamed on Dominion Voting Systems manipulation.

According to the lawsuit, the Dominion Voting Systems' software and hardware were manipulated so that Biden could easily win the election just like Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez used it to never lose an election since 2009. Chavez died in 2013.

The lawsuit claims Dominion Systems' software was designed by Smartmatic Corporation in a way that votes cannot be audited and ballot manipulation is easy.

The suit cites Dr. Andrew Appel, a computer science and election security expert, who said, “I figured out how I can make a slightly different computer program that just before the polls were closed, it switches some votes around from one candidate to another. I wrote that program into a memory chip and now to hack a voting machine you just need seven minutes alone with a screwdriver.”

Dominion equipment was used in the Maricopa County elections despite its rejection by the Texas Board on safety concerns.
