The request was made by us at Grand Canyon Times, a media organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs.

The records requested under the Arizona Public Records Law § 39.101 et seq., include a wide range of data points related to voters who have been mailed ballots for the ongoing election cycle. This includes AEVL voters, early voters, overseas voters, military personnel, and others.

We've also requested information about each voter's registration status and reason for that status, county and precinct of registration, address including city and state, phone number and email address.

Additionally, we've sought details about party affiliation and AEVL status. Information related to the ballot itself has also been requested such as Ballot ID, election date for ballots sent out, type of election for which the ballot was sent out.

Further details requested include the type of request (Absentee, Mail-In, Early Voting etc.), request date as well as return date and ballot status (Accepted or Rejected).
