Buckeye home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Buckeye rose by $10,700 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 218 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,750 - a 5.3% increase over the $202,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 205 homes sold in Buckeye in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Buckeye for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,199, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
