Scottsdale home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Scottsdale rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 706 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $408,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 766 homes sold in Scottsdale in May 2017.
