Paradise Valley home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Paradise Valley rose by $250,000 while total sales decreased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,650,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $1,400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Paradise Valley in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Paradise Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,780, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
