Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting on June 27, 2022

The Cottonwood Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a meeting on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Cottonwood Council Chambers, 826 N. Main St. in Cottonwood.

The following topics will be discussed:

A request for design review for a perimeter wall on an already approved apartment complex, a request for design review for a coffee shop in a C-2 (heavy commercial) zoned property, a request for a zone change and general plan amendment from various zoning designations to CF (community facility) on various school district, County and City-owned parcels and a zoning ordinance text amendment to sections 410, 411, 412, 413, 414, 415, 416, 425, and 428 regarding public utility facilities and conditional uses.

All interested persons are encouraged to send comments to the Community Development Director by 12:00 pm on Friday, June 24, 2022. A verbal comment period will be provided during each hearing item. The Chair may impose a time limit on each speaker. The Commission will not consider written materials submitted less than three working days before the meeting.

An agenda item may be heard at the next regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning Commission meeting due to the unexpected cancellation of this meeting or removal of the item from the agenda. Material relating to the above is available for review from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Community Development Department, 111 North Main Street in Cottonwood, (928) 634-5505.
