Anyone with a Page Public Library card could check out a Wi-Fi hotspot device to use on the go or at home.
The devices are funded with a grant from the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services .
