On Feb. 12, 2023, the public comment period ends for the proposal to issue an Air Quality Control Renewal Permit to McNeil Brothers, Inc., for the continued operation of the WEMCO Portable Concrete Batch Plant which has the potential to operate state wide.
The comment period began Dec. 18, 2022.
