CC Patio, a luxury outdoor furniture manufacturer, has opened a new 35,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona. The opening was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 1 and is expected to create over 75 jobs.

Hamid Salari, founder and owner of CC Patio, expressed his enthusiasm for the new establishment. "CC Patio was founded 10 years ago with the intent to build truly customized resort style outdoor furniture that could sustain Arizona’s extreme weather while maintaining both beauty and durability. We believe everyone should have access to well-designed, well-made and well-priced furniture," he stated.

The new facility will allow CC Patio to boost the production of its luxury outdoor furniture for both residential and commercial markets across the United States.

Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority, commented on the development, "We are proud to celebrate CC Patio’s new manufacturing facility in Phoenix. CC Patio’s facility highlights Arizona’s attractiveness as a premier destination for manufacturing while creating skilled jobs."

Phoenix Councilwoman Kesha Hodge Washington also congratulated the team, adding, "Phoenix is booming with economic and workforce development opportunities! Adding CC Patio's new manufacturing facility to Phoenix's roster, bringing 75 jobs, is a great economic boost for my district. Congratulations to the entire CC Patio team on achieving this significant milestone."

The plant features advanced manufacturing spaces including areas for welding, powder coating, and sandblasting. On the second floor, the cushion department offers a variety of Sunbrella fabrics and high-density foam. There is also a modern break room with a full kitchen and a balcony overlooking Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
