Peoria Participates in Heat Relief Network

Peoria is partnering with the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) to kick off the Heat Relief Regional Network. Peoria cooling center and hydration station locations are open Monday through Saturday until Sept. 30. These stations are self-service and inside the following city buildings.

 Cooling Centers

 Peoria Community Center (8335 W. Jefferson St.)

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

 Peoria Main Library (8463 W. Monroe St.)

Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Friday – Saturday: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

 Sunrise Mountain Library (21109 N. 98th Ave.)

Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Friday – Saturday: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

 Rio Vista Recreation Center (8866 W. Thunderbird Rd.)

Monday – Friday: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

 Hydration Stations

 Peoria City Hall (8401 W. Monroe St.)

Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Friday – Sunday: Closed

Peoria Development and Community Services Building (9875 N. 85th Ave.)

Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Friday – Sunday: Closed
