Spay/neuter program

The City of Cottonwood recently received a grant through AZPETPLATES for a spay/neuter program. The City is partnering with Danza Del Sol Veterinary Medical Center and Verde Veterinary Hospital to sponsor a low cost spay/neuter clinic for family pets beginning November 1st, 2022.

The applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first come first serve basis for low income families of Cottonwood (86326 residential zip code). There is a limit of two pets per household and it is required that pets have been vaccinated for rabies prior to participating in the spay/neuter program.

Applications for this program are available on the City of Cottonwood website at: http://www.cottonwoodaz.gov/.../Ordinance-Enforcement... or at the Community Development Department located at 111 N. Main Street. A separate form must be filled out for each pet. If the form is not filled out completely, it will not be considered for assistance.

For more information or if you have any questions regarding this program, please contact Autumn Durnez by email at adurnez@cottonwoodaz.gov or by phone at (928) 634-5505 ext. 3323.
