Fourth highest salary for a not-for-profit executive in Arizona in 2020 is $921,586

Jamal Al-Khatib received the fourth highest annual salary among Arizona not-for-profit executives, according to Non-Profit Light.

Jamal Al-Khatib earned $921,586 from Kingman Healthcare, Inc. by working 40 hours a week in 2020.

Kingman-based Kingman Healthcare, Inc. amassed $321,296,668 in revenue in the tax year ending in 2020, spending $316,163,750.

There are 1,050 not-for-profit organizations registered in Arizona.

How not-for-profit executives and staff are paid is an issue consistently under the microscope.

Every donor and tax payer subsidizes the charitable sector with that purpose in mind, not creating a class of millionaire CEOs.”
