The founder of American Majority Action, Ned Ryun, said new poll results showing former President Donald Trump leading President Joe Biden by ten points among Arizona voters is a positive sign.

“These poll results are a positive sign as Trump was never really in the lead in 2016 or 2020 in the polls,” Ryun told Grand Canyon Times. “Just don't spike the football yet. Run hard all the way to the finish line.”

Ryun recently told Grand Canyon Times that Arizona Republicans are in an “arms race” with the left in terms of voter turnout in battleground states like Arizona.

He said the 2024 election will again be “razor thin” and pointed to the number of “noncitizens” who received Arizona ballots in the 2020 election.

“Consider this: in 2020, 11,600 noncitizens received federal ballots and voted in Arizona, a number that exceeded Biden’s margin of victory in the state,” wrote Ryun at American Greatness last month. “Now consider that at least ten million new illegals have been let loose in this country since the 2020 elections.”

Ryun wrote that these illegal aliens could be “strategically” included in the electoral process.

“A lot of people are excited about positive national polls,” he wrote. “Please stop. It’s 2024, not 1984.”

“It’s great to see President Trump leading in the polls, but I hope this verbal 2×4 upside the head tempers your optimism with realism,” wrote Ryun.”

Founded in 2008, American Majority Action focuses on training and organizing activists to engage in voter education, mobilization efforts, and advocacy.
