Arizona residents are invited to participate in the upcoming Open Meeting of the Arizona Corporation Commission, set for Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Public comments will be heard from those who submit requests before the meeting begins.
Participants can attend the hearing in person, by phone, or through video conferencing. To speak during the meeting, individuals must submit a "Request to Speak" prior to its commencement. The process involves selecting options under "Request to Speak at Open Meetings," choosing the hearing date of February 5, 2025, and specifying the agenda item number they wish to address. After completing the request form, participants should click on the green "submit" tab.
The Chair will manage the list of requests and call on speakers at appropriate times. Each speaker is allotted three minutes for public comment. The Chairman may ask individuals with similar viewpoints to appoint a representative to speak on their behalf; such representatives will have five minutes for comments.
