Goodyear home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Goodyear rose by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 167 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,500 - a 13% increase over the $234,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 201 homes sold in Goodyear in December 2016.
