The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Scottsdale (unincorporated) fell by $47,500 while total sales increased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $572,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Scottsdale (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2016.
