Arlington (unincorporated) home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Arlington (unincorporated) fell by $77,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,700 - a 51% decrease over the $152,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Arlington (unincorporated) in the second half of 2016, as well.
