Surprise (unincorporated) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Surprise (unincorporated) rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Surprise (unincorporated) in the second half of 2016.
